Title e-future is heading to TESOL 2017! 2017.03.16

Will you be attending TESOL 2017 in Seattle, Washington this year? If you are, please come out and visit us! We are pleased to announce that we will be exhibiting at this year’s TESOL International Convention and English Language Expo from 21-24 March at the Washington State Convention Center.

The convention brings together over 6,500 language teaching professionals from around the world for a four-day English education extravaganza. Members of e-future’s team will be on hand to show our wide range of ELT programs at booth 813, including our new integrated course book, Hand in Hand, and our newly published library of classic readers.

We are also honored to be sponsoring excellent speakers including Dr. David Nunan and Dr. Julie Choi. Their session, entitled Blended Learning in the Young Learner Classroom, will explore the possibilities, practicalities, payoffs and pitfalls of blending digital learning with teacher-fronted instruction in the young learner classroom. You can catch their session on Wednesday, 22 March at 1:00 pm in room 612.

e-future’s Ian Bosiak will be leading a workshop on the benefits of using comics in the classroom. The workshop will feature practical classroom-based activities as well as a discussion about the benefits of bringing highly engaging comics into the language learning classroom. Come and join the fun on Friday, 24 March at 9:30 am in room 613!

  • I found them interesting and I think kids would, too. The characters are realistically portrayed with believable dialogue in situations a real kid could find himself in.
